1. I have made sales, why haven't I received any money yet?

There are several reasons why you may not have received a check yet:

  • For administrative reasons we don't cut checks less than $50. This means that you must generate about 10 sales to receive your first check. If you haven't reached this level then we will not have sent you a check.

  • You may have given us incorrect mailing details. Check the mailing address on your membership confirmation as emailed to you when you joined. If you have lost the membership confirmation, please email us at associate@oska.com. Make sure that you include your Associate Id and PIN number.

  • There may be a check in the mail on its way to you. As our head office is in Australia, the mail takes about 8 working days to reach destinations in the US. Checks are mailed in the first few days of the new month. Be patient, we have no control over snail mail.


2. I have been in the program for a while but I haven't made any sales yet.

Sales and visitor statistics, i.e. hits, are reported in your monthly statement. If you haven't received a statement by email, then:

  • The email address and/or contact information you provided us when you joined was incorrect. Check your membership confirmation as emailed to you when you joined. If you have lost the membership confirmation, please email us at associate@oska.com. Make sure that you include your Associate Id and PIN number.
If you have received a statement from us, then one of the following could be the problem:

  • Your associate links to our site are incorrect. For example, if you put the wrong id in your link, someone else will be collecting your sales. Moral of the story - CHECK YOUR LINKS!!!

  • No visitors have come from your site. Reposition your links on your site for improved visibility or add graphic links. No Visitors = No Sales. Check out the Advertising Materials page or the Resource Center for more information

  • No sales have resulted from visitors from your site. We have a very high conversion rate, so this generally results from low visitor numbers. You must increase your visitor numbers - we recommend that you visit our marketing tips page.


3. My sales summary shows that I am sending you visitors but I am not getting many or any sales.

If the Sales Summary you receive each month shows that you have sent us visitors then your links are all working correctly but none of the visitors bought a product. About one in every 30-40 visitors will buy a DeskMate. This is a rough average. Pat yourself on the back if you are doing better than that! If you are not achieving this average, we recommend that you visit our marketing tips page.

5. How do I make changes to details in my Associate Profile?

If you need any changes made to your Associate Profile, such as a change in email address or postal address please send an email to associate@oska.com outlining your new details and we will effect the changes for you. Please ensure that you include your Associate ID and PIN number for verification purposes.
